Recommendations for use: 
1. First remove your nail polish and file your nails.
Put on gloves which can be refrigerated or heated (in a towel warmer) as needed.
2. Gently massage the Keratin cream around the nails and cuticles.
3. Trim the tip of the glove for each nail as you proceed with the nail and cuticle treatment.
4. Remove and push cuticles.
Keratin cream eliminates the need for water or cuticle oil.
Remove the glove and massage the excess cream to hydrate your arms.
5. Remove excess cream on the nails with a paper towel before applying nail polish.
